I'm a weekend chef again!  Yes! I'm cooking on weekends again and I'm excited to share this simple and delicious recipe for Cuban style shredded beef, also known as Ropa Vieja (Old Clothes).

This awesome recipe can be found on AllRecipes.com and is prepared with a slow cooker, which takes a while but is totally worth it!  After 4 hours of cooking, the flank steak was fork tender, juicy, and flavorful! Trust me, you’re going to want to fish out your slow cooker for this recipe!

The best part is that my partner David loved it; we had seconds on Sunday night!
