40 Cheap Eats Destinations in NYC
Sofrito Lovers,
My foodie crush Robert Sietsema, from Eater.com, has put together another Cheap Eats list for us to savor and visit.
I love these compilations, they highlight some pretty awesome places throughout the City. I do wish there was be a greater emphasis on uptown restaurant and eateries, but that should be my focus. For years, I've owed you guys a Cheap Eats Uptown list and I swear it'll come soon!
Check out the post below and plan a weekend culinary adventure!
Go taste for yourself! ¡Buen Provecho!

As restaurant prices in New York City continue to soar, finding great inexpensive places becomes more of a priority — and if the food is not only delicious but also outside a diner’s previous experience, all the better. Eater critic Robert Sietsema regularly rounds up neighborhood spots, writes a regular column highlighting sandwiches, and reviews newcomer standouts in the five boroughs and adjacent metropolitan areas. The 40 listed here are a choice collection of those restaurants, complete with menu recommendations.
Added October 2019: Beefrria Landia, Just Pho, King Dumplings, King of Falafel & Shawarma, Mr. Bun, Pyza, Tea Cup Cafe, Gyro World
