A Spoonful of Sofrito: Coffee and tea Festival NYC

A Spoonful of Sofrito: A pinch of advice that will add a lot of flavor to your life.

Coffee and tea Festival NYC

Sofrito Lovers,

Despite the fact that I hate coffee and tea, there is a Coffee and Tea Festival in Brooklyn at the end of the month that sounds super interesting.

Okay, I don't hate tea as much as I do coffee, but still all those hot beverages make my stomach feel weird and sometimes act as a laxative-sorry for the TMI!

Back to my point, I'm interested in this festival because of the various herbal teas, hot beverage products, and other merchandise they might have.  If you're a coffee or tea head then this festival is for you!  I hope to see you there!

Go taste for yourself!  ¡Buen Provecho!

A Spoon of Sofrito: My Big Fat Greek Baked Beans - Food Wishes!

A Spoon of Sofrito: A pinch of advice that will add a lot of flavor to your life.

My Big Fat Greek Baked Beans - Food Wishes!

 Sofrito Lovers,

Baked Beans.  Usually, the only way I can stomach those little canned and overly sweetened legumes is if they're smothered on a  frank with copious amounts of mustard and sauerkraut.  But, this FoodWishes Greek recipe for baked beans is actually kind of delicious and has definitely changed my mind!

Check out the post below and marvel, as I did, on how Baked Beans can look and taste so amazing.

Go taste for yourself!  ¡Buen provecho!
