Pollo Guisado Puerto Rican Chicken Stew

Pollo Guisado Puerto
Rican Chicken Stew

Sofrito Lovers,

As you know, I'm a weekend Top Chef and do I have an amazing recipe for you! Pollo Guisado (Puerto Rican Chicken Stew) is one of my favorite meals.  It's warm, delicious, starchy, chickeny (is that a word?), and the perfect comfort food.  Served on a bed of white rice, this stew is an amazing Sunday night meal!

The recipe posted below is from Comfort Kitchen and it's one of my favorites! I hope you try it out, trust me you won't regret it!

Go taste for yourself!  ¡Buen Provecho!
