A Spoonful of Sofrito:  A pinch of advice that will add a lot of flavor to your life!

11 South American Restaurants to Try in NYC!

Sofrito Lovers,

South American food is INCREDIBLE!  If you haven't had the opportunity to savor the flavors of these amazing cuisines, then make sure to click the Eater.com link below!

The geniuses at Eater.com have compiled a delectable list of South American places to try from all over the five boroughs!  To be honest, I've never heard of some of these establishments and I can't wait to pound the pavement to try them all out-I'm salivating as I type this!

I highly recommend El Cocotero (Venezuelan) in Chelsea, Buenos Aires (Argentinian) in the Lower East side, and Charrúa (Uruguayan) also in the Lower East side.

Go taste for yourself!  ¡Buen provecho!
