As you all should know, I love everything FreakinRican! Recently, I stumbled upon Chef Derrick's recipe for Lentil Soup/Sopa de Lentejas and I felt the need to post it! It's cold and when the temperature plummets my appetite for good warm soup rises! This quick and easy recipe is delicious and will instantly warm up those cold worn bones!
