A Spoonful of Sofrito: A pinch of advice that will add a lot of flavor to your life.

15 Plump Chinese Dumplings to Try in NYC!

Sofrito Lovers,

Chinese Dumplings are a delicacy-I could eat them all day!  The geniuses at Eater.com have published a list of 15 places throughout the city where you can enjoy either the fried or boiled variety of these little treasures.  Personally, I'm a fried dumpling kind of guy, but I don't discriminate I'll eat them boiled, steamed, or in yummy soups.

As you all know, I love Eater.com and swear by their brilliance!  Check out the article below and enjoy the 15 incredible places where you can enjoy dumplings galore!  Go taste for yourself! ¡Buen Provecho!

Tons of restaurants across New York City offer fantastic dumplings across a variety of cultures. To keep things tight, this guide will look only at Chinese dumplings, particularly guotie (pan-fried dumplings) and jiaozi (boiled ones). Soup dumplings, though, deserve a category of their own and do not show up on this list.

Note: Restaurants are listed by geography, west to east.
