A visit to a decent winery generally requires a trek outside of New York’s five boroughs, but the city is one of the country’s great beer towns and has only proven itself more so in recent years. A flood of young, postage stamp-sized breweries has joined stalwarts like Brooklyn Brewery to deliver an exciting, diverse selection of brews in their taprooms and at various bars.
