2017 is only 20 days in and already there are Super Foods we should be eating! According to the Huffington Post article below, we've got to start eating more Kelp and Canned Salmon to ensure health, longevity, and endurance.
I'm all for the above mentioned three, but Kelp? Really? I'm going to have to work on that one; I'll let you know how it goes. Don't expect too much!
