Sofrito Lovers,
Whole Foods Market is an awesome place to shop for produce, perishable and nonperishable goods, and a plethora of other items, but their attempts at preparing and packing "ethnic" foods is horrific.
Why they call certain foods "ethnic" and not others mystifies me, because isn't all food ethnic? Whatever! Have you ever tried their prepackaged "Mexican" food? If you haven't, then I'm sure your reaction will be similar to the ones expressed by the brave souls in the video below!
